Considering you had time at home a while back with a lack of work it’s mad that you are so busy now. Is it always like that?

I haven’t been here much, but I am still cycling a lot. I did enjoy my time off but was thrown into the deep end when I returned to work. September is always busy and my new colleague has been on sick leave for 6 weeks and I have to do his job too.

How are you? Ready for the Funeral tomorrow? I would love to have watched it but I am going to be swamped.

Oh that’s hard, having to cover for your colleague, well done.

I’m not desperate to watch it, I will probably dip in and out while I get on with other things. She is going to be a hard act to follow and I think William would do a much better job.

I am used to it, He creates work when he is in the office so him being away takes away some of the stress.

I loved Lizzie too, Bonnie King Charlie will be an interim King I think and we will see William as King in our lifetime

Morning all, The Sunday roast is now sizzling in the oven at @thefishfryer household. This week it is duck, not my favourite, but it is the Mrs birthday so some concession has to be made.

I may or may not see the King out, it's true he has a more stressful life than me, but he undoubtedly gets better medical care.

I’ve been up to Buckingham Palace today…..along with about 200,000 other people it seems. After an hour or so of queueing Id had enough and left Mrs Bonus to it. I know Liz would have preferred me to spend this afternoon in the garden. Gawd bless ‘er
