High: it’s beautiful weather and I’m back on my bike and managed 100k ride today
Low: ex reached out to me and shared that she doesn’t expect her or the kids to visit uk this year
Buffalo: I’m can surf to a decent level - but actually prefer teaching it.

High: amazing sex on Friday and Saturday night this past weekend.
Low: Badly hungover on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Buffalo: was a hurdler in high school and college.

High: I'm ovulating, yay!
Low: I have to endure one more week of work until my holiday to fully indulge in my ovulation.
Buffalo: I'm learning my third language.
