New Guy, New Writer Needs Help...

Hi All,

Hopefully this won't stir feathers...

I am new to writing. I wrote a very long fantasy (roughly 20 MS-Word pages) and just need some formatting help. Why? Because it has a decent amount of dialog in it - and I am sure my layout, or use of punctuation is not correct.

I have looked around, just don't exactly know where to turn.

Any assistence is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For those curious, the story is about a man, his wife, and allowing another man into their sex life. If this offends, now is the time to run!

As for the formatting help, suggest you hop over to the Editors Forum and ask for help over there. That's what they're for.

If you just want help in understanding how layout and punctuation for dialog should be written, I'm happy to do a small section of it to show you how. If you're looking for someone to fix it all for you, I second Matski's suggestion of using one of the volunteer editors.
