Need Troubleshooting Ideas

Having problems with computer. Cannot get any of the chatrooms to load. Lit chat has not loaded on my computer in 2 days. I updated Explorer Friday night. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is. Any suggestions are appreciated

go to cnet.com

search for the catchup tool

download it

run it

and download the proper updates

I had the same problems after I updated my explorer ended up being some java virtual engine thingamajiggy thing.

cnet didn't work but I went to Microsoft and downloaded a new Java virtual engine and that did the trick. Thanks Todd
