go to control panel and then to edit options

then scroll to the bottom

Control Panel, then Eidt Options, then at the bottom click the button. Normally I save the picture onto my computer and then download it onto the sight. There should be a similar thing to attaching pictures. Browse through your system until you find what you want.

Pictures need to be JPG or GIF files, and need to be 149 x 149 pixels in length. Make sure any writing is still legible at that size. Don't let anyone tell you what kind of AV to have. Some styles are overdone, but fuck 'em. Use whatever style best fits your personal idiom.
