Need help with my story line

I'm looking for a description to use in a story I'm writing. It's about a girl who lives in LA, USA, whose brother comes from the Ozarks to visit her till he finds a place of his own and gets a job, not necessarily in that order. They haven't seen each other for years and when they do she discovers by accident he is a bit effeminate appearing plus he has a well-developed case of gynecomastia. She gets turned on by this and by certain ideas popping into her head she wants to act out.

One is to teach her backwoods brother how to act and dress in the big city, or how to not act or dress here like he did back home. This is where my problem starts. There's nothing wrong with his style of walking or dress at all. I'm trying to figure out how she can tell him to walk/act prissily, or in a few words, like a flaming gay sissy, but not tell him directly to go out and be a flaming gay sissy. Like to convince him that it is now an accepted style of European comportment to walk with one wrist at his hips bent outward, palm down, while the other arm his elbow his bent, wrist bent and palm up and that has become the rage there in LA.

Or maybe even trying to emulate a Clifton Webb elegance and refinement type lifestyle, but be more descriptive than that even.

I only need someone to tell me how to say this in just a few words or even just a phrase or two. Words like the afore mentioned elegant or refined, or even graceful and glamorous maybe.

If anyone can help, I'd be greatly appreciative.

Rent "Miss Congeniality". Watch it, paying attention to the interaction between the Micheal Caine character and the Sandra Bullock character. It may give you some inspiration. If not, it's got some good laughs.

I like Miss Congeniality. I don't know why I find such a silly movie appealing. It's just a modern day twisted Pygmalion comedy. Oh, and I'm for world peace also.

Miss congeniality

Thanks guys, I'll give it a try. I did think I could learn something from watching models walking the runway on Bing video clips, but those girls, I don't know, maybe it's just today, but they swing their arms back and forth so fiercely it's like they're chopping wood or something. And their pace is almost like that of a speeding bullet. There's no grace or elegance at all except the occasional pause and turn at the end when it's time to make the return trip back.

Maybe there's a flick about the glamour and ritz of the modeling business as made to look like it really isn't - slow, glamorous, like Princess Grace kind of walking, with bearing, and not rushing to get from one end of the ramp to the other just to make a buck. God, I sound like Miracle on 42nd Street - make a buck, make a buck! Anyway, like I say, I never saw the film so I'll give it a try.

maybe she should just have him in her bedroom, talking about this or that while he is going through her wadrobe, tenmaybe after a few items she holds one p in front of him saying"How do you think it looks, laugh a bit, keep it up, "aw cumon, try one on, just for me" Then he's like Oh I love the way this feels, so soft and cool. Or maybe with the panties, no creases to cut his balls in half, etc.

Just an idea

I guess I should have said this from the outset as it makes it important as to why she wants to be very subtle about her feminizing of her brother. First, it never occurred to her until he came to visit. When he did she saw he had decent sized, if somewhat smallish breasts because of having gynecomastia. She, now turned on by the idea of her brother, also somewhat effeminate in other ways as well but who insists he's not a sissy, growing even larger breasts and becoming more girly. So in the guise of helping him deal with his issues and his recent move from the country to the big city, she is actually planning to feminize him without him being aware of it, by making him think this is the way all men are and how all men dress out here in the city. That's why I don't want to start him out in dresses straight away, but things like daisy dukes and T-tops with satin or nylon bikini panties or thongs (calling them the newer versions of the old-fashioned jock-straps that guys used to wear, for example).
