It's like a very basis paint shop. I've tried to fiddle around with it, but I've never been able to resize any pics on my own yet. But, thank you, WH.

You might consider downloading IrFanview -- available from several download sites. It's free, and does a decent job of resizing and converting from one format to another -- with a very wide selection of formats to choose from.
