would be tight to get posted in time, but someone with time to write fast could contribute a tale or three on grin inducing sex:

oral sex themes seem to fit.

so do dentist or oral hygenist settings

or a spouse coming home to find their mate with nothing on but a smile.

or someone wondering why their dour lover is suddenly all smiles.

or a contest to see who can make the frowning prof/boss/parent/ grin... the winner does so by stripping/having sex while the frowner watches/having sex with the frowner

or... a store with a policy that "Every Customer Leaves with a Smile" where one change room attendant takes that as a personal challenge - this one could be a dental office one as a variation?
