A young guy is going through a dry spell, can't seem to meet a girl and having no luck with women.

Introduces himself, women are flirty, maybe one ask him to an event as hates going alone. He says he isn’t busy, wouldn’t mind

Maybe next date meets her husband, tells him to relax... its fine, I’d like her to experience that again.

Has experiences with the other women: 2 friends together as so nervous, take turns sucking and fucking.

Excellent thoughts. I started thinking about some possible variations to start out the story.

1. Mature woman whose husband is on the road constantly. A recent graduate, just starting his career, moves in next door. Her electricity goes out (pick your malfunction), and he easily fixes it. She tells her husband, and he says she should thank him. Other things break down, which leads to more "thanking him."
2. Mature woman meets recently graduated friend of her son (or perhaps ex-boyfriend of her daughter). Being a young professional, he's starving or having to deny himself food, and she starts feeding him, cooking for him, and perhaps mentoring him professionally. Somewhere along the line, they connect and she truly "sees" him.
3. Boyfriend of daughter scenario (I'm sure there is no shortage of those). Young man helps her husband with a community service project. After one event, he returns some of the materials that they used to set up the event. her daughter loves the young man - and she realizes why (physical attributes, personality, kismet, whatever).

I see a number of scenarios that would lead to BDSM, secretly submitting to the young man; Loving Wives, falling in love; Romance, perhaps not having a long-term relationship, but remembering years later; incest mother/daughter. I don't like cuckold stories, but I think it could certainly go there, too.

For a lot of young people these days, "adulting" can be difficult if their parents didn't teach them basic survival skills. I once helped a young engineer who didn't know how to change a tire. I wanted to track down his parents and slap the crap out of his old man. Like as not, I'd have found someone just as clueless as his boy.

So the mentor idea is good. Here's how you cook a basic meal. Hamburger Helper is your pal. Here's how you iron a shirt, balance a checkbook, change the AC filter. At first she pities him and is disappointed in him. But over time, when he picks things up fast, she realizes that he was just a little babied at home, never having to do for himself. So she sets out to make a proper man out of him.

Avoid the 'once she saw his massive wang, she had to have him' trope and just have him blossom under her tutelage. Meanwhile they are getting closer and closer. One night they go out to a local bar and after a while, she's getting a lot of attention from the other men there. Surprisingly he finds himself jealous. Or flip it and have her get jealous when a young lady shows interest in her padawan.

That night there is a lot of truth and feelings revealed and then there's the epic first kiss that surprises them both.

Really like this idea, especially some of the things to avoid. To expand on the idea, it could be a group of 3 or 4 college students or recently graduated and just starting their careers who need to pool their resources, but still struggling. They're renting a house nearby and one of them stops by to offer to mow the yard. After a couple of mows, the wife and guy chat and she learns that they live on mac & cheese and Spam and Ramen noodles. None of them ever learned to cook, balance a checkbook or come up with a budget. Horrified, she offers to help them cook better meals and stretch their budget.

She essentially becomes their house mother, which greatly amuses her husband. As they grow closer each of the guys develop their own relationship with the wife. One she develops a more motherly relationship. One of the others it's more of a jokey relationship where each try to cut down the other, but not in a mean way, and the last one they have opposing beliefs but engage in fun debates. She grows close with each and secretly begins an affair with each of them at some point. Each of the guys offer something different for the woman and because of work schedules she's able to be with them individually.

An interesting twist on this would be if he was a male stripper on the nights he didn't work his waiter job. The ladies ask him if he's an escort. He laughs and says no but gives them a card for the club he strips at on the weekends. The ladies go and see his performance. He strips down to his thong and takes them onstage. Behind a towel two of the three women suck his cock before going back into the crowd.
