NO. Because he is the voice of tommy vercetti

NARC is a great movie

I finally got around to seeing this the other day. Excellent movie. Tom Cruise seems to have a good touch at picking projects to produce. And Jason Patrick and Ray Liotta were both as good as they've ever been.

Even Busta Rhymes was okay (and I hate that guy ).
