I am having issues falling asleep due to excess energy, My body is getting flabby and my self care routine is totally thrown off. No weights, no stair steps, no massage chairs/beds. My body is very very not happy. I know it is a first world problem but it is a rather big one for me.

I now jog more than ever before at social distancing, but both TRT and I miss going to the community gym. Not only that it is new. It opened in early March and then closed two weeks later However, there is extra work to be done in the garden
