you're rare, then. my sis had been married for years before she ever farted in front of her husband. I dunno what the hell she was trying to hide... it's just a part of life.

I had an ok day.... I thought you were gonna try to convince me that I'm above average, but oh well... lol.
 
I broke the news of my trip to mom just a little while ago. she took it a lot better than I expected, which is a good thing.

Hey, that's great!!!! Maybe she's just so happy that her boy is going to go have some fun and maybe get himself a little "sumtin' sumtin'" that she'll be cool with it. :D

I dunno if it's because I worked so much the last couple of weeks or what, but I seem to have even less energy than usual the last few days. instead of busting ass to get done the work that needs to be done, I've been content to let myself work at the (non) speed of the people I'm working with.

Maybe you're just tired of busting your ass while all those around you aren't.
NOW, about this busted ass......being the medical professional that I am - I would have to examine the crack to see if said ass is, indeed, busted or if it is just a sprain. Is the crack a hairline crack or is it more along the lines of a fault line crack? ;) :p

that's part of it, I guess. usually, tho, I can still get myself geared up so that I'm working at a faster pace than they are, especially when I'm in the dishroom. the last few days there just doesn't seem to be anything there when I reach back for that extra gear. it's more like a crevasse, and there have been traces of methane detected on occasion.

I think that maybe your mind is elsewhere - perhaps in CA?
Maybe just enjoy the slower pace - take a deep breath, watch the world go by and enjoy the ride.

Sounds like this crevasse needs exploration - I'll be careful with my lantern though - a stray spark could set off a lethal explosion. I have heard that, in some cases, plugging the offending hole helps with emmission issues. ;)

well, I admit that I've been thinking about cali a lot. thinking things I shouldn't be thinking, too.... I probably shouldn't go into detail. as for the slower pace..... it's hard to explain. it's not like I'm trying to slow down.... I'd like to be able to pick up the pace a bit, so it's kind of frustrating.

I'm not sure I like this line of conversation... I've never had my hole plugged and I don't think I'd want it to be. lol. :eek:
