Just had my first story accepted,

and I only just noticed a dumb mistake in the final line (you're instead of your)
The agony! Is there a procedure to change this?

And all other criticism is welcome.
I'm currently putting together my new story and need guidance.

That's a pretty small mistake to be putting the story through an edit phase--most of the readers who would read it will have done so by the time a corrected copy posts. But if you really want to get it changed, resubmit the story as you want it with "Edit" on the tail end of the title and an explanation that it's an edit in the Notes box.
