I don't know what the rules are for the aliens putting you in the zoo. I didn't ask. They're kinda pricks.

As for studs. . .no not really. Three seasons in and Big Mac is the closest thing we have to a recurring male (not named Spike) in the show. We get a few more Prince Blueblood, Shining Armor, Snips and Snails, but yeah. . .to call them few and far between is being polite. It wouldn't shock me to find out that ponies were rebooted with Frog DNA and only change into males when it's time to breed.

And that is why I'm a nuisance. I'd want to communicate and learn and ask questions and learn their culture and language and that will bug them. Kill it! It talks too much and will learn our secrets!

Some things stay the same. Aliens are predictable and I have full faith that Hollywood is portraying them without bias.

Just the same way I am sure that magical ponies have no male role models. Clearly men aren't magical and can't form meaningful friendships. Pity.

Okay, I'm back to watching My Little Pony. Winter Wrap Up.

You need to watch more in the Alien series. Sucked out of a hole in a spacecraft is icky.

I've watched all of it, played all the games, read all the novels and a fair amount of the comics plus the same for the Predator and AvP stuff. It's true being sucked out of a hole can be fatal but if you just fly out an open door you'll be back and pissed off about it sooner than later.

Of course I think I'll skip all the nicities while you're bumbling around the forest and just you know, kill you all at the start. Despite the fact that what I really want is to be loved.

I can be the...person who does the fact checking on the script and dialogue and that puts an end to ALL fun. Dark side of the moon...whose damned idea was that.

Does anybody ever explain why only some ponies have wings and why those ponies with wings don't establish air superiority over the others?

Kinda sorta. The short version is that Rainbowdash is a freak and breaks the rules in reality it works kinda like this.

Earth Ponies do all the farming and food production stuff, Unicorns are too weak and stuck up to do it and Pegasi are too week and busy controlling the weather.

Pegasi control the weather and being able to control the rain and sun makes for fairly idealized farming conditions and it's less than ideal for them to waste their time planting and harvesting. They are also literally responsible for transporting water to to the sky, evaporation apparently doesn't happen or doesn't happen fast enough for their liking.

Unicorns are are magical and serve as scientists and jack of all trades when you need something awesome.

Though who knows how much of that is tradition. Kinda like how Winter Wrap up points out that Ponyville is a little. . .backwards and there is a better way but since they were founded by podu. . .earth ponies they do it the earth pony way.
