My first story

Is in the form of a letter home to some friends that I've been missing.

I submitted it, but it was rejected, I beleive because of plot development. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out. It's not very long, I think just a couple of pages.

I submitted it, but it was rejected, I beleive because of plot development.

I doubt that was the reason. Laurel never rejects for literary reasons, only breaking the rules such as under-age or snuff or hard rape. Very occasionally one is rejected for spelling and grammar, but it has to be unreadable for that to happen. Some others are rejected for technical reasons, like submitting a story which is all one huge .bmp file.

If you go to your Login > Submissions> View page the reason for the rejection can be found by clicking on the Rejected link.
