Yes it does, but it got wet, and died a slow painfull death. I had trouble renting a car from enterprise. They ran my credit card through wrong twice and their system wouldn't allow me to rent a car for 24 hrs. I was left standing outside for an hour with bags, carseat and a toddler in a storm with tonado warnings until i decided to call a cab for a $100 cab ride to my destination.
