1. Legalize Narcotics use
1a. Standardized Narcotics productions facilities to produce a clean and more effecient version of what ever the narcotic of choice is is.
2. Level off Defense spending.
2a. Level off Offense Speniding
2b. Develope a watch, wait and then intervene military plan. Cause like the play ground, when the two bullys have to face off sometimes if no one intervines they see the problem with thier fighting and step back and work out a mutual cooperation.
2c. Place all money from the projected increase in spending into retirement pensions and diasabilities.
3. Cancel the Space exploration program beyond the moon and the orbit of neccesary satelite repairs.
3a. If there is something out there let it come to us.
3b. Save the moeny for something else.
4. Money from Canceled Space exploration money into the farms, alternative feul sources, habitate for humainity style housing projects, education.
5. Stop dumb research, why spend billions on how fruit flys mate.
5a. money from research put into education.
6. Reduces taxes to 1% on every thing and the people keep the other 99% of the money.
6a. Sports franchises no more tax exemptions or monetary support from there host towns.
6b. Sports stars capped at $500,000 a year.
6c. Income from sprots above the salary of the players into the teams host town/state/province.
