This does not bode well for Tokyo.

Radiation readings all throughout Japan are hundreds of times normal levels.

Cancer rates are expected to increase by many times over the next few decades.

The amount of radiation released by the Fukashima Daiichi quadruple-meltdown rivals that of Chernobyl. Radiation high enough to cause health effects over long-term exposure has already reached the United States.

Tens of millions of cancers will result from this incident.

Something similar was also noticed in Springfield:

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention the highly irradiated water that was leaked from the shattered reactors and into the pacific ocean?

If 1/1000th of a microgram of plutonium or any nuclear element is consumed, it will cause cancer with almost 100% certainty.

God knows how much pacific ocean sealife was irradiated. Any seafood you may have eaten since the incident may have been contaminated.

I hope you enjoy your cancer 5-10 years from now!

The corporate whore media didn't tell you that, did they?

Don't worry. Mothra isn't a big deal. All we have to do is get Vette to dress in drag and do the hula.

An entire generation of mutant and deformed children in Japan and elsewhere are what's next.

Most of the nuclear reactors in the US are leaking radioactivity into the environment because of their age and the fact that they the plants are starting to break down. Most of the reactors are 30-40+ years old and they are breaking faster than they can be repaired.

These plants need to be retired, dismantled, and replaced by new and much more sophisticated ones. Not a single new nuclear power plant in the US has been constructed since the 1970's.

If this trend of repeated mechanical and equipment failures continues while the NRC is lobbied by corporate interests to turn a cold cheek, I say a level 6 or level 7 nuclear accident occurring within the next 20 years somewhere in the US is inevitable...

Every time I see Godzilla I am reminded how they cropped Ironsides into the first movie. So fucking lame. Watch Gojira instead.

According to Wiki Mothra has a battle success rate second only to Godzilla himself. That's pretty fucking badass.

It helps that he's often either teamed with Godzilla and when he's not it's cus Godzilla is the bad guy.

Higher cancer levels then the U.S. atomic bombings of W.W. II?

Almost every single thing that the government and media has said about the Japanese quadruple nuclear meltdowns of 3/11/11 has been a lie.

Especially about just how much radioactivity reached the pacific coast of the United States.

I stopped eating seafood after the Fukashima incident knowing that trillions of fish in the pacific ocean were contaminated by trace amounts of plutonium and other radioactive elements.

Consuming even the smallest amounts of these substances almost guarantees cancer years later. Fukashima makes Chernobyl look like child's play, hundreds of millions of cancers will result from the world's worst industrial catastrophe before the end of this century.

The Japanese government needs to bury the Fukashima reactors with a mixture of concrete and boron, construct towering steel containment domes over them, and then leave the site vacated and cordoned-off FOREVER.

The fuel needs to be removed from all of the spent fuel pools, at least the SPF assemblies that didn't melt and catch fire after being boiled dry, then they can begin the process of burying the reactors for good.

The media was afraid to tell the truth about this incident fearing that it would conflict with corporate interests.

If people knew the true extent of ocean contamination, it would devastate the fishing industry.
