Not sure what this guy's gig is. Drives to a Nuke plant, checks the place out, gets told to leave. Comes back, rams gates, has multiple encounters with security but somehow gets away. Abandons his vehicle, then hides in an abandoned house. Not quite like he can claim it was an accident, eh?
