What shows are you addicted to, and do not want to miss?

I have two:

#1 is Battlestar Galactica. I think it's the best TV series I've seen in my life. It's a Sci Fi setting, but it's an incredible drama. It's very dark, deep and clever.

#2 is Deadliest Catch. It's the show on Discovery about crab fishing in Alaska. It's probably no different than any other documentary type show on TV, but I always watch it. I think I'm intrigued by how dangerous it is, and what hard work it is. I know that I couldn't do it, so I'm even more fascinated by it.

Law & Order (re-runs on TNT)

The Sopranos (HBO)

Entourage (HBO)

South Park (Comedy Central)

The Colbert Report (Comedy Central)

Reno: 911! (Comedy Central)

The First 48 (A&E)

Cold Case Files (A&E)

Dogfights! (History Channel)

Wildboyz (MTV2)

To name a few...

Sopranos.

It used to be a longer list. I used to schedule my entire week around TV. I have been addicted to so many shows naming them all would be futile. Heck, I can't even name all of the shows that I've been hooked on in the last year. But right now, I'm only scheduled to watch The Sopranos every week. everything else is just for when I'm in the right place at the right time.

I would have said:

Prison Break first off

Then some sports like the NBA & NFL

But no TV for 6 months now, I don't have anything anymore. :)

Stargate SG-1.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigator.

Grey's Anatomy.

I Shouldn't Be Alive. (Discovery Channel)

Without A Trace.

When I can't catch the shows, I tape 'em. ;)

Not tape, tapes.

And like I'm gonna tell you what they are or where I keep 'em.

Attack of the Show (G4)

Ninja Warrior (G4)

Arrested Development (G4)

Yu-Gi-Oh GX (Cartoon Network)

Futurama (Cartoon Network)

Family Guy (Cartoon Network)

Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Cartoon Network)

InuYasha (Cartoon Network)

TiVo. The government should give them to everyone. Fuck health insurance.

:D

I would be addicted to The Tudors, but my roomie took the dish with her when she left. I really wanted to watch it. I did watch the L word like an addict this last season, and I could watch any and all Law and Order type shows forever.

I try not to miss any The Daily Show. I'd probably be stuck on Colbert Report too, if I could get it here. So now I only see what i can download. But I don't weep if I miss a day of either. Same thing with South Park. And Boston Legal.

The only thing I don't miss at all is Doctor Who. Bite sized sci-fi with a big heart.

Too epic series scare me. I don't want to watch three seasons of something increasingly complex and not come to a conclusion, because then it's cancelled by the network (learned that from the brilliant Farscape) or lose pace and quality (learned that from the initially brilliant and eventually annoying Lost) before the story is told.

And late night when I'm bored, I can watch any of a zillion crime series. CSI: Whatever, Criminal Minds, that Patricia Arquette psychic thing, Numb3rs, Cold Case...

House. There's something completely intriguing about complex and unidentifiable diseases that I can get just from touching something that makes me wet my pants.

And I don't think I mean in the good way, either.

Antiques Roadshow (PBS)

Mythbusters (Discovery)

Mail Call (History)

If Walls Could Talk (HGTV)

Luckily, each new epsiode airs multiple times so I don't have to record them or schedule my life around them.

Manchester United Matches: BBC, ITV,Sky sports (gotta love the footie!)

Life On Mars:BBC (or was it's finished now *sobs*)

Torchwood: BBC (Can't wait for the new series)

Bones (Sky one)

ER:E4 (though the last series was a bit meh in places)

thats it really and I have sky plus so I can always record something if needs be :)

Dr Who
CSI (any flavour)
Law and Order (any flavour)
Robot Chicken
Great British Menu/Masterchef

And that's it.

The Tudors

That's pretty much it, although there are other shows I'll watch if I'm not reading, or whatever. That's the only one I have to watch.

Nothing these days. I find if my entertainment isn't interactive in some form or another I tend to find it monumentally uninteresting.

The Daily Show

The Cobert Report

24

Survivor (I know, I know, so what  )

I watch a lot of tv, mostly because I never had time for it when I was working. ;)

-Supernatural
-Smallville
-Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations
-House
-Bones
-CSI(the original, not the spinoffs)
-Mythbusters
-Deadliest Catch
- Miami Ink
-Lost
-Crossing Jordan

and it's baseball season, so I try to catch all the St. Louis Cardinals games that I can. Perhaps I also watch American Idol, but I'll never tell.
