Event 1 sounds like a dry orgasm... apparently the semen, if any was produced, sometimes goes 'backwards' into the bladder instead.

Maybe. I’ve tried to hold off and had a sensation of an orgasm, a fair amount of ejaculate, and proceeded to immediately crank out another powerful orgasm. Idk maybe!

Yeah, it's possible. I've managed to cum a couple of times and stay hard at around age 30. So, for a guy at 18, I can see it being even more possible. It was definitely very infrequent for me, but it happened.

This is something I've researched for a sci-fi story I never wrote. Dry orgasm is something a man can train himself to do, and it'll lead to multiple orgasms. Dry orgasm is AKA retrograde ejaculation. As it was described to me, semen takes the path of least resistance. If something (an enlarged prostate, for instance) constricts the path out, then it will go the other way.

The main occasion I remember was at a hotel for an anniversary. I think we had sex four times that evening/night. There are definitely a lot of factors, and the psychological ones matter. No. My personal experience has always been that it's a one-time thing, and then it requires a recharge. When I was young, recharge wouldn't take very long. It takes longer now, but not too long if I'm sufficiently stimulated. I cannot honestly recall ever experiencing anything I would call a "multiple male orgasm."

Are you saying a man can train himself to orgasm without ejaculating? I'm not sure I see how that can be done. Can you point me in the direction to find more information about it?
