Do you make any?

I haven't for decades now but this year I have very specific desire to improve my mental game.

No it isn't the normal eat better, exercise more, drink less kind of improvement but more on a personal level.

I want to better learn how to live in the moment, enjoy the NOW more instead of always thinking "what next".

Hedonistic fun is a hard one not to indulge in. Very easy to fulfill, and it helps the ego because you've successfully accomplished a goal you set out to meet.
