Well I can't speak for anyone else but I do say coffee ...Still, you own local accent is a hard thing to notice until you explore elsewhere.
Took me way too long to realize not everyone pronounces coffee as "cawfee"

See, that was my point. "Cawfee" is the South Jersey accent in me.
We also tend to pronounce water like "wadder".
