Anyone know how to change songs in mp3 format to the more condensed wma format. I can get about 3 times as many songs on my mp3/wma player if they are in the condensed form.

MoonGazer said:First of all - WMA is more tag-able than MP3. Only Winamp 5 can't read it's tags. Try using QCD 4.5 or Windows Media Player 10.
Secondly, the best program to convert MP3 (or any other format) to WMA is probably the one from the mother ship itself - The Windows Media Encoder 9 Series (it's free).
Get it here :

MoonGazer said:Nope. The encoder can only convert "to" Windows Media. It can't convert "from" it.
With it you can convert MP3 >> WMA but not WMA >> MP3.
