I'm sure you prefer " blood and soil""unburdened by the past" is a paraphrasing of Marx.
It even goes back another generation see the latest video.Father Knows Best . . . .
Hmmm...
What if the REDWAVE of 2020/22, the one that didn't happen was just a crashing wave of a rising tide, for it appeared that when Canute of Culture commanded that tide subside, it did?
What if Canute then led his culture to excess, strengthening their grip on our everyday lives and feeling full of themselves in victory allowed them hedonistic political excess?
What then would Canute say if the man-made political winds were causing greater and more powerful storms and his Culture Club is swept away by a red tsunami?
(And they, in turn, to revel in the excess of too much power and is it time, now, that maybe both sides realize that there is too much accumulated power, it needs to be tough, put back in its place and the only way we can do that is to unite.)
Or will the adults in the Democratic Party rally and stop the bleeding of very good people who could be the capable leaders of the future, and take the Party out to the hands of the woke Democratick apparatchiks that have taken it over and unite the clans and stop squabbling over the scraps from Longshank's table?
According to the stats, voting by mail is down by about the same margin as the vote by mail was up in 2020 over 2016,
So either the D candidate(s) aren't appealing to the voters by ~25%, or the 2020 vote by mail usage wasn't exactly "truthful."
Take your pick.

There was a pandemic in 2020.According to the stats, voting by mail is down by about the same margin as the vote by mail was up in 2020 over 2016,
So either the D candidate(s) aren't appealing to the voters by ~25%, or the 2020 vote by mail usage wasn't exactly "truthful."

This is true. The masses are fine as long as they have a copious supply of opiates…
*chuckle*I miss REDWAVE. We used to chat and joke.
Absolutely, if Harris wins they're going to "Jack Ma" Elon. After I typed that:
Ingram: They’re going to do everything they can to stop him, and they are [like Trump and it’s all maybe].
VDH: Elon Musk represents everything they are not, I mean, he’s a Renaissance Man of the 21st century Laura, he reinvented Social Media, he’s saving NASA from itself, he created the whole EV industry basically single-handedly, let’s not even get into the AI, the tunnels and all of the other things that he does, so he’s a Renaissance Man, the DaVinci of our age, and they hate that.
This election is starting to come down to the people who lectured us, who say you can’t do things you can’t do this, you can’t do that got think this way, must speak this way to the people who are getting tired of being lectured, to the people who are tired of being lectured that say we can do stuff and we’re going to do stuff. One side says you should be ashamed of who you are, your constitution is flawed it got worse and its the worse of all, you should be guilty of who you are and the other side says I’m tired of that. Our civilization has nothing to apologize for. We’re better than any other alternative we don’t have to be perfect to be good so I think people were reaching an inflection point, like you posted out and you can feel it, you can feel it in the country And people are getting tired to this and I think we’re going to see something like we saw in 1980 when we got tired of Jimmy Carter lecturing us, Reagan said we’re not going to be lectured anymore, we’re still Americans and the best as they had.

She no more has those than Obama had. Despite RWs incessantly screaming he did, for 8 years, the most left-radical thing he ever did was a half-assed health-care reform with no public option that left the private health insurance companies in existence. Now we know where her Communist leanings came from.
*chuckle*
HEWAS good for a laugh.
He had a measure of humility about him and did not take himself too damn seriously. The current crop of Lit “geniuses” around here could learn a great deal from him.
You know, cultivate some humility, or die trying….
Golly gee whiz, do you think something might have been going on in 2020 to inflate the percentage of people voting by mail?According to the stats, voting by mail is down by about the same margin as the vote by mail was up in 2020 over 2016,
So either the D candidate(s) aren't appealing to the voters by ~25%, or the 2020 vote by mail usage wasn't exactly "truthful."
