I've searched for over an hour and not found answers to these questions. Apologies if they have been asked before and I didn't find them.

Are these are allowed on LIT or not?
1. An adult human mind-controlling animals like a warg, and watching them have sex? It's only bestiality if a person touches them, right?
2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine?
3. ... human and a magical pixie / sprite / etc. who looks like a tiny adult?
4. Mind controlling someone into sex if they enjoy it during but hate it after the fact?
5. Young teens holding hands or saying they love each other, if no nudity or further physical contact is involved?
6. Young teens kissing briefly?

Thanks in advance.

I do rather suspect that these are a hard no. One of my stories got sent back for a one-line allusion to a pre-teen's first kiss.

1. An adult human mind-controlling animals like a warg, and watching them have sex? It's only bestiality if a person touches them, right?
2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine?
3. ... human and a magical pixie / sprite / etc. who looks like a tiny adult?
uh...

Sounds like a hell of a story.

Ultimately a lot of these borderline or special cases are going to come down to exactly how you implement them, if it feels like you're trying to break the rules, and how much attention the site is paying on the day you submit.

I've no idea if this is right or not, but this is how I'd interpret the rules.

1) Two humans mind controlling animals still feels enough like bestiality to me that it'd be a no.
2) If the robot looks like a child or acts like a child that's a no. If it is merely small and acts like a naive robot okay.
3) Same as 2.
4) I think this is okay. The noncon rules are a headache, but 'some enjoyment is got'
5) & 6) Not sure. Suspect they may be okay if it's just a single sentence. If if becomes the focus of the story it's likely to get bounced? Maybe?

OK, bottom line is that this is a privately-owned website and the end decision is always that of the owner, Laurel. In grey areas, I always advise to PM her and ask in advance.

WRT your questions, my educated guesses are as follow:

1. An adult human mind-controlling animals like a warg, and watching them have sex? It's only bestiality if a person touches them, right? Maybe.

2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine? Probably no.

3. ... human and a magical pixie / sprite / etc. who looks like a tiny adult? Probably yes.

4. Mind controlling someone into sex if they enjoy it during but hate it after the fact? Almost certainly no.

5. Young teens holding hands or saying they love each other, if no nudity or further physical contact is involved? Probably yes.

6. Young teens kissing briefly? Probably yes, provided there’s no arousal.

Again, those are just personal calls on edge-of-the-rim questions.

No idea what a warg is, but considering that the site uses a broad definition of "sex," I suspect that will still be considered bestiality.

2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine?

Psuedo-child sex is not supposed to fly, but there are cases.

3. ... human and a magical pixie / sprite / etc. who looks like a tiny adult?

Probably same as 2.

4. Mind controlling someone into sex if they enjoy it during but hate it after the fact?

I thought that's what the mind control category was about, so I doubt there's a rule against it.

5. Young teens holding hands or saying they love each other, if no nudity or further physical contact is involved?
6. Young teens kissing briefly?

Neither case will fly.

The answer to all of your questions are that nobody knows.
It totally depends on the moderator that looks at your story as to what they allow through or dont. Probably based on the weather that day which way the wind is blowing and whether or not they got laid the night before.
I have had stories rejected for a myriad of reasons, and seen stories posted with the exact same 'issues' that my rejected story had.

The only way to find out if it will get rejected or not, is to post it. It may get posted it may not. Even if it does, that is not a guarantee it will stay up, because if a single person complains about your story, they will simply take it down again.

A warg is a mythical wolf - so it depends - if they obey their own rules then sex with a mythical beast is not classed as bestiality so it should be allowed.

Laurel takes a fairly broad view of what considers sexual activity. Stories where an under-age person gets aroused watching or fantasising about somebody have been rejected on the grounds that voyeurism and masturbation are sexual activity [with a minor] and presumably mind-controlling them would count. Stories with animal-animal sex have occasionally been permitted here, but as best I can recall only when told from the animal's POV.

If the wargs are established as intelligent talking animals that just happen to be roughly wolf-shaped, that *might* get through, but best to ask Laurel.

2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine?
3. ... human and a magical pixie / sprite / etc. who looks like a tiny adult?

If it smells like an attempt to cater to an under-age fetish it will probably be rejected regardless of the technicalities.

4. Mind controlling someone into sex if they enjoy it during but hate it after the fact?

Not aware of any Literotica rule that would prevent this.

5. Young teens holding hands or saying they love each other, if no nudity or further physical contact is involved?
6. Young teens kissing briefly?

Maaaaybe if it had absolutely no sexual overtones, in a setting where it's normal for friends to hold hands and kiss as a greeting. But if it's presented as "young love" with the implication that it might eventually progress to sex, probably not.

It's quite simple: don't involve ANY underaged (or underaged-appearing) people or things doing anything sexual.

It's a bright line, and it's very obvious you're trying to skirt it OP. Especially with your #2 and probably with your #3. Your #5 and 6 seem somewhat innocuous, but in a situation where you're pushing other boundaries, it would be fair to conclude you're trying to push those, too.

Depending on the mythology/fiction, "warg" can be anything from "large fierce wolf" to "demonic creature in a wolf-like body" (but with human-level intelligence and speech) to "human who has a telepathic ability to communicate with wolves". Obviously the difference is important to how it'd be handled here, and something that an author would want to establish early on.

2. Sex between an adult human and a small robot / android which resembles an underage person, it if is obviously a machine?

Look, I'm not here to judge, BUT that sounds a lot like a very convoluted way to work around the underage rule.

I'm pretty sure that's a hard no no.

As might have been expected, Limnophile, you’ve got a wide range of opinions. If it’s important, I would again suggest you PM Laurel.

I meant 'warg' as in a person who can control the minds of animals, like in GOT. Sorry if I misspelled it. The questions relate to several stories I have ideas for but haven't written yet.

I've learned my lesson, ticking off a webmaster or rewriting 5 times to deal with strict rules isn't worth it. When I finish I'll post them on 3 of my usual story sites and skip Literotica. Again. -shrug-

So, just like the last time you pushed the line, you know you're pushing the line. I don't know why you persist - the content policies aren't going to change any time soon.

I wasn't trying to push the line, I was asking where it was. I'm not persisting, since I said I'm not going to try posting anything questionable on Lit in the future.

I assumed you would be happy about that instead of snarky and self-righteous. Bye, troll.

Context, context context...
That will always play a major factor is what gets approved versus rejected. For example:

1. What is the purpose behind the animals having sex? A dog breeder observing two of his pets for the sole purpose of making sure the deed is complete, and deriving no sexual gratification from it himself would probably be fine.
2. If the adult human is having sex with the robot based upon a stated desire towards underage humans, or other expressed proclivities for underage sex, then you would be dead in the water to include it. Keep your references to "size" of the robot and avoid any mention of it's youthful appearance and it would probably be fine.
3. Once again, as long as all references to the creature are targeted towards its size and not based in any way on an underage fantasy, desire, or reality, then you should be fine.
4. The "enjoyment" aspect of the rule should only apply to the actual sexual activity. Guilt, shame, embarrassment, or regrets after the fact occur even with consensual sex at times.
5. This is normal human behavior and should be okay if no sexual or erotic thoughts enter into their physical contact.
6. See #5. There are hundreds, if not thousands of stories here where underage couples "get to know" one another while they are underage and do not have any sex until they are both adults. It just has to be written so that what happens when between them is perfectly clear.

These are just examples of ways that I would handle your scenarios. While I have never had a story rejected for content, I am not the one with the final say. As other have mentioned, you can PM Laurel, but if you do, I suggest that you be a lot more detailed about the context in which each of your points are applied in your story.

Sounds like you are trying to push the boundaries. I have been accused of that, even when [entirely accurately] describing my younger (18+) self. I also got pinged for indirectly [and unintentionally] implying that I had masturbated before my 18th birthday. Obviously no girl has ever done that in the history on onanism. But rules are rules.

My advice is not to get on your high horse, but to try to engage. If they give you reasons as to why something has been rejected, then try to address them. Don’t say it’s unfair. Don’t resubmit without changes and say “there is nothing wrong with this”. Try to meet them at least half way.

But, seriously, a sex robot that looks like a child? I can’t see any place being happy to publish that. It sounds totally sketchy to me. I’m pretty sure you already know that though.

I've come to the conclusion that if moderators think anything even comes close to bending the rules they will reject it. We must all live under the illusion that sex was unheard of before the age of 18: boy/girl crushes don't exist, those "funny feelings" stirring in the loins of adolescents is just indigestion, all the experiences that define adult sexuality are non-existent prior to the magic age of 18. I understand the fear/concern about legal issues, but it makes it damn hard to be realistic at times.

It is annoying, for sure. I'm throwing away story ideas all the time because they're based on, "We did this before!" but I wouldn't be able to be vague about the when and then would get rejected.

BUT... I'm sure that the website has gotten more and more strict because they'd had to argue with people. "I'm not saying this happened now this happened before and I'm just perfectly describing what happened before 18 so the reader knows. I don't want people to get turned on by the 3 pages of description, that's for historical accuracy only!" And that burns the rest of us who just want history to our characters. Not them fully springing into existence at 18.

No and shouldn't even have been asked. Otherwise it would be like Porn Video sites putting "Step-" or "Not" before brother/sister/mother/father/uncle/aunt. Everyone knows they put that there to skirt some (silly) law somewhere. Everyone would just put "Robo" or "Android" or "Not" before CHILD!!!! and it would be totally obvious, which it is, what they were doing.

I abandoned a Christmas story between Santa and an elf because it was just too damn close, even though that was not how the idea started. I can't really read/write a D&D/LoTR story because... Hobbits/Halflings and Humans? It's too close! At least for me.

What is really annoying is this cloying "I guess they think there was no sex before 18" whine coming up again and again . . . and again ad nauseam here.

If you just assume that all characters are entirely without any sexual feelings or thoughts before their 18th birthday, you would have no problem with the rules.

Hundreds of stories every day have no problems. It just requires some perception of Lit's realities. If you can't live with that constraint? Lit isn't for you.

Point of order right there. There are no "moderators" rejecting stories. There is one, solitary submissions editor. Laurel.

I can't imagine why so many people have a hard time understanding and/or navigating the under-18 rule. It's truly not that hard.

As Ogg suggested earlier today on another thread, if your story's characters simply cannot be aged up from 15 or so to 18, then you're just being difficult and looking for an excuse not to post here.

What surprises me is the number of people who think their teenage sexuality equates to literary merit and a story worth telling. I'm sure we've all got our first time story here, but some folk really do go on about the need for historical depth and character integrity a little too much.

It's bollocks, I reckon. Age them up as required like I did, write it once and be done with it. The world has enough eighteen year olds already, and a few misplaced virginities here and there makes no difference at all. There's only so much angst you can ring out of it.
