It always amazes me how much I'm always changing. I'm a different person than I was a year ago and I don't even recognize who I was five years ago, aside from my love of the New England Patriots, which never changes.
Especially politically, I retain most of my core beliefs but I've experimented with and studied so many different views that alter my perspective slightly if I find truth in it but even if it's the truth to me at the moment, I know it's possible that it won't always be that way.

I had the oddest dream ever -- I fell asleep on the couch in front of the TV. I was having a dream about waking up, turning off the TV and going to bed. I was in bed in my dream when I woke up in RL on the couch. I was completely disoriented for some time, I couldn't understand why the TV was on and I was on the couch when I was in bed.

Was having a discussion with a friend about my return. Their opinion was I really haven't "returned" if I'm not being myself, limiting my posts, etc. My response was that I'm just not ready to deal with all the bs and drama that comes with posting anymore. But it has got me thinking...
What do y'all want? DS Lite, with half the calories and less sarcasm? Or DS Classic, with all the flavor and taste of the original?

I'm also in favour of DS Classic. The wit, the warmth, the flirting, it's all good. There should be way more actual flirting round here.
But you have to do what's right for you, Lord D. Your well-being is much more important than anything else. Do you find bs and drama directed 'at' you, or is it just that seeing it brings you down? It can be dispiriting to see nastiness and negativity going on, even when you don't know the characters involved.
