Mood and whatever else strikes my fancy...

“With just a little more coffee, I can open my eyes……”

Buongiorno!

Buongiorno a te. :)

I found these pictures of carved cello scrolls, and they reminded me of your Lothlorien theme. Galadriel’s cello, c’est vrai?

Ha. I like the idea. Cello has that deep and sorrow sound that I love. And there is this poem Tolkien wrote, Namárië, also known as "Galadriel's Lament in Lórien".
I can already picture her singing that song, accompanied by a Cello.

It would have been nice if I attached the pictures.

Today I received a Community Strike on YT because I uploaded a video about one of the most famous of Renaissance Italian painters, Tiziano Vecellio (Titian), and the most important member of the 16th-century Venetian school.

The reason? Because I used as a thumbnail one of his most famous paintings, Venere di Urbino. https://i.imgur.com/u19m1bF.gif

https://i.imgur.com/MBudxZ6.jpg

Mind you, that one is in the Uffizi Gallery. But, apparently, it is considered "pornography" for YT. https://i.imgur.com/dCjhArB.gif
I sent and appeal and finally they revoked the strike. But I'm still shocked and confused.

Seriously, wtf does "check" and "revise" the content there? Children who have not seen a painting in their life, even by mistake on google? https://i.imgur.com/u19m1bF.gif

Wish I could say this shocks me...but it doesn't. One of the best classes I ever took in college was an art history class. I think a class like that should be mandatory for all Freshman high school students.
