Pressure: Does your cuddle partner like rough, playful cuddles? Soft, sensual cuddles? Middle of sleep spooning-type snuggles? Each partner is unique and may enjoy all of these at different times and for different reasons. This is a bit of an art that is best shown in a live, in person demo at the student lab.

Body placement: Can you get as much of your body against your cuddle partner as possible in your current body positions/situation? Make that happen. Deal with that arm between you in one of three ways, lay it along your body in between you and your partner, wrap it under and around your partner, or put it behind you. Adventures in Dating Moochie

I have a story to tell. I danced with this guy one night. (This was a while ago and it’s a story, so I may take some liberties with telling it... you’ll like it though, there’s a moral and everything). We waltzed. It was... really good dancing. I hadn’t danced with a true lead in such a long time and it was like... you know that feeling you get as a sub when you and a Dom are on the perfect wavelength? Yeah. It totally felt like that while dancing with him. I had known a little bit about him from friends of friends. I knew he was married, so I didn’t pull out the Moochie-full-on-flirting routine because he wouldn’t be able to help himself against it. No one is able to. *buffs my nails on my shirt*

I was intrigued, to say the least, when he came up on my fire-crotch app later that night. Hmmm... was he actually on the market but not out to the public?! I matched with him (match, tinder, ugh.) and we chatted. No, we didn’t just chat, we full on FLIRTEXTED. And this flirting was so spicy! I was lacing everything with dripping innuendo, he was dropping raunchy puns, it was getting so good I was sure there was definitely something going on between us. What’s that you say? You want a taste of this tête-à-tête? ...Okay:

Me: I've never actually learned to play pool.
It went under the "sporting ball" category of my brain somehow. Maybe it's because there are rules and I'm not very good at following those.

Me: True. But handling that long stick... that seems to be the difficult part: you have to have some finesse.

Me: Yes, that's probably very important. I've seen people take quite a long time studying the balls before going in for their shot. It's quite intriguing watching their faces light up when it's just right.

Me: I've heard of games that last all night... but those are often fraught with buildup and no release: constantly setting up a shot and having it taken or disrupted by your opponent... can be quite frustrating.

Him: I prefer multiple games in a night, each player finding just the right balance through each game, perhaps even helping the other to a win of their own
Leading up to one hell of a tiebreaker

Me: Interesting concept. I like the thought of balance, but often find I'm very selfish.

Him: It's all about give and take. But if you are wanting to play this game with me, it will indeed be quite competitive.

Me: Oh? I'm a competitive person at heart... I've left many crying for rematches in the past.

...And thus it continued for another week. This back and forth with him... then, we decided to make a date to see how we did in person. That’s when the lying happened.

First off, I was stupid (yes, I admit it when I am) and never discussed spouses in our texting. I made it loud and clear in my fire-crotch profile that I am very much married (which I even capitalized in its entirety at one point) and not looking for anything more than “excitement” (which is a code word on the app for sex according to my 47yo friend who’s been on the app for “excitement” longer than anyone I know... and does rather well for herself too), but his was very ambiguous about what he was on the app for, or about his marital status.

When we met for dinner (his dinner my breakfast) we flirted a bit and then he asked about my whole situation. I explained and he seemed totally great with it, so I asked him about his situation... and the lies. “My wife is fine with it as long as I tell her after the fact.” “So does she know about tonight?” “Not yet, but I’ll tell her later.” “And she’s really okay with that arrangement? I don’t want to step on any toes and I’d rather know how discreet I need to be...” “She is totally fine with all of it.” “Okay, awesome!” I am so grindingly naive sometimes.

It boiled down to a he-said-she-said when it mattered and I hate that. He never told her. We went out after dinner and had a great time dancing again. This time, because i was given a green light, I put on the full-flirt and he asked me to sleep with me in his car... but something felt wrong, so I declined, citing a trip to my sibling’s house early the next morning as reason.

I told a mutual friend the next day that I went out to dinner with him, that he was a haltingly decent dancer and that I was thinking about more with him. The friend told me about how his wife was devastated the last time he developed a relationship with someone and that I needed to nip it now.

I was a bit in shock. He wouldn’t lie straight to my face, right? (Oh my gods, so naive!) I asked him, point-blank about it. He was evasive and it made me uncomfortable. I spoke again to the mutual friend about a week later, and they chatted with his wife to check for me... man did I dodge the stingray’s barb on that one! Turns out she had NO idea that we had been out already, that he had made out with me, or that he had made the car-sex proposition. Maybe I’m not worth mentioning? Or, the more likely story (Because let’s face it, if you get to second base with me, you’re gonna tell the fucking world about it), is that he lied to my face about cheating.

Am I okay with cheating? It’s a moral ambiguity I haven’t really super dealt with and probably should (especially since that mutual friend kept bringing it up). The bottom line is, I know I don’t like to be lied to.

Him: And this is where it has to stop. I like you, and if things were different? Well...yeah. But now, let's just dance together, sing together, and hug at the end of the night. No more complications for us right now.

Me: Yep. Really sorry to hear that, but I understand.

Him: Me too. Didn't know I was crossing a line. But hey, if you still want to dance, I’m game.

I really like the feel and look of fishnets. I need to get a new pair of the full stockings so that I can officially rip lots of sumptuous holes in the old pair... I’m thinking of maybe letting someone else do it for me... a bit of foreplay? I have a “decorative” type garter belt and 2 super functional ones (red and black). I really like the look of the lace frills, but it doesn’t really hold anything up well. I have a pair of stockings that sit right under my bum cheek folds, is that what you mean by the tops of your thighs?

I missed it

It rained.
He said it did.
A storm with torrents of splashing, windy wonders.
He went out into it while I stayed indoors, unable to even get to a window and view it for myself.
I imagined what it would feel like to stand in the rain together, him holding me, feeling my heart beat like a little bird’s wings in my chest as we let the rain fall and the wind sweep around us, swaying and dancing.

By the time I was able to step out in the weather, however, all that was left for me were small, desiccating puddles.
No promised deluge to dance in.
Just signs that it had been here and gone.

I looked up at the sky, a light gray.
No surprise as the clouds had already expelled all their contents and wouldn’t have any left for a lone human to walk through on her way to the car.
I looked at one of those little pools and decidedly jumped into it, splashing it’s contents about the concrete.

Your piece makes me think how seemingly we could relate to a puddle of water.
Many times our actions have windfalls or repercussions for others around us. Depending on what it was we feel how it would be to be on the receiving end of a windfall or in the other case thankful that we avoided.
Sometimes we wish to be the maker of opportunities much like the rain creating puddles.
