I met Shel Silverstein years ago, when we were producing one of his plays. Very nice guy, and he signed one of his books (with drawing of a hand holding a flower) for my then-girlfriend. Did you know that he wrote “A Boy Named Sue,” which became Johnny Cash’s biggest hit?

Another tangential leap:
If a man speaks alone in a forest, with no woman there to hear him, is he still wrong?
(Proper response: Well yes, of course, dummy!)

What if I recite this - how does it qualify?

I’m a pheasant plucker,
I pluck mother pheasants.
I’m a very pleasant mother pheasant plucker.
