They are often inclined to choose the latter option as it is assumed that foreign doctors are more responsible. But there is another major bonus true for the U.S. Children born in the US automatically become citizens of this country.

Russian celebrities Kristina Orbakaite, Marina Alexandrova, Svetlana Khorkina and Alsu chose to give birth in the United States.
