I'm good, thanks sweetheart. Just hanging out. Not literally. Yet.

Anywho I'll probably try to record myself playing guitar again today, last night I didn't do such a good job. My playing was fine but I caused clipping since I turned the volume for the mic on the mixer way to high all I got was distorted crap.

Anyways, just trying to keep cool like sexy Sal, and the rest of you I'm sure...

Cast Out & The Last Day In Paradise

Here is something I found recently when I was looking through all my old poems/lyrics and drawings and rantings and ravings.

It's a satire on Adam and Eve. Hope you enjoy it!

1. EAST OF EDEN-LATE AFTERNOON
Adam and Eve have just been cast out of paradise by God.
They are confused and don't know what to do.

ADAM
Well...

EVE
Hmmmm....

ADAM
Kids, right?
Kids! That's what God was really saying about multiplying. God's euphemisms are really getting old.

EVE
I feel to young for kids.
He can't just tell us what to do.
I'll have kids when I'm good and ready.
He can't just remove us from Eden.
Who the hell does he think he is? God?

ADAM
What did I do?
I'm not comfortable multiplying. The last thing I want is tobe pushed around by God. And another thing, I'm not as attracted to you as I used to be. Having been cast out of Eden has really upset me.

EVE
Well! Well why don't you just go up to God and say you want a tall, leggy blonde with green eyes and huuuuge...

ADAM
Settle down!


2. EAST OF EDEN-EARLY MORNING
As Adam says this he trips over a snake.


ADAM
(To the Snake)
You! Get away!

SNAKE
(To Adam)
Not so perfect a creation are you, hmmmm?

Eve
(To the Snake)
He's a man. What did you expect?

3. EAST OF EDEN-DUSK
TWO SHOT OF ADAM AND EVE

Adam and Eve sit down later that evening and are enjoying roast snake. They converse about events earlier that day as they come closer to their first day east of Eden.

ADAM
What would make you think we would die if we ate the fruit? I thought fruit was supposed to be good.

EVE
I don't know. I'm still getting used to this I-Am-Woman thing. You know, you are right about the fruit. He said we would die if we ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Now look at us.

ADAM
We didn't exactly die.

EVE
It's another one of God's euphemisms. I think we are only dead in the eye's of God. Maybe even in the eyes of all the animals that inhabit the Garden.

ADAM
Hey, I'm still standing.

EVE
You sure are.

ADAM
You know what?

EVE
Hmmm?

ADAM
You look lovely tonight.

EVE
Thank You.
I'm sorry about what I said earlier, about...

ADAM
(interrupting Eve)
It's OK.
I'm sorry too.
I lied about being attracted to you.
You are so very beautiful.

EAST OF EDEN-ALMOST DAWN
TWO-SHOT OF ADAM AND EVE

As Adam and Eve make up, the sun rises over the horizon.
It's a new beginning as they conceive thier first child, Cain.
The morning sun from the east shows the way, and maybe God hasn't really given up after all

I spent a lot of the day working on a present for Master, then went out with a friend......just some idle window shopping, basically, and some authentic Chinese food.

Tomorrow is so exciting - hair appt day :p

Absolutely awesome. I'll have to work with a few more of mine like that. I am sorta bummed that I can't share mine, but I really want it to just be between my Master and myself.

It's been a long day....lol....

Hehe, I will make more. I've just been so busy lately, there hasn't been much time for pictures. But I guess when I come back there will be plenty of pics, so no worries, right?

*smiles* I can't wait until my hair appt. I know I'm a dork, but there's something about an hour that's just meant for making me look nice and feel good......I leave there very happy :)

The magic of the salon... time well spent being pampered and made to look and feel absolutely gorgeous...nothing like it! :catgrin: Oh! How I need that!

Feels awesome :) It's the hand massage at my salon that really gets me......I never knew my hands were tense until I got there and felt how incredible the massage was :p

I did a hand massage (among other parts) for an old girlfriend once. She was nearly boneless when I got done with her. :D
