And then I couldn't get my brain to switch back into English. I kept using German grammar, which just doesn't always sound right.

sure as hell cant write it,, very little reading of it,, and understand few phrases.

On one of my last weekends in Boston I was riding the T back from the city......and heard a group of people speaking in German. I was surprised to find out I could understand most of their conversation![]()
