about 5 years ago I was at a "Bonnie & Clyde Trade Days" festival type thingy, anyways, there was a couple selling Hairless Rat Terriers. cute little dogs, the puppies had peach fuzz tho. They said they go completely bald at about 9 months... something like that.

You got put spf lotion on them before taking them outdoors, and they require sweaters during the cold months.
