Where do you find a fwb

For those of you that have a fwb/mistress where did you find them? I have tried the online thing (Tinder, Hinge, etc) with terrible results. All you find on those sites seems to be girls wanting you to subscribe to their OF page. I work with all guys and my friend group is all very church conservative people. I’m just wondering how to find that consistent lady that wants an ongoing fwb relationship.
