So many of us have offered you suggestions time and time again. You are not looking for suggestions, you are looking for someone to step in and take control of your life.

Someone to move in, make the decisions and live your life for you. You seem to think that all life is about is a woman, sex and love. What more do you want from us?

We can't fix the problems going on in your world. We can only offer what little advice we all have and hope you use it wisely if you feel it is worth reading and bothering with.

You truly need to stop worry about one of us fixing your life and try fixing it yourself.

Her question was a computer question. It was one that is solvable by a few computer savvy folks offering her the advice on how to fix the troubles. They were right, it worked and she is back in all her glory.

So don't get so damn pissy everytime someone can help out with a logical issue and yet fails to resolve your pathetic life problems.

Only you can do that. So either do it, or stop whining about it.

and HKBJ.. go back and start rereading anything that has been said to you on the lines of advice here.. maybe that will help you fix your life. and as Kymberley said, you have to fix it yourself. and i for one am sick of giving you the same advice over and over again. so go spend some time reading what's been said to you in the past and fix your life yourself.

You know - you might be onto something there; you should quit posting about how pathetic your life is, about how you are going to die, about how sick and lonely you are, about how no one understands or wants you.

You know why? Here is why:

1) A lot of other people on this board, including myself, have some severe problems in our lives, either in the past or present. You may hear us bitch or rant about them a little, or ask for a little understanding and support - but we don't constantly moan about how everyone should have a pity fest for us or pay attention to us. HKBJ - we are all dying, some of us faster than others. I have probably been much closer to death any number of times in my life than you are likely to be in the next decade. I am in constant pain, I am unemployed, I have some very sick family that I can't really help and I am very worried about - but do I come to the board and constantly cry for attention the way you have? No.

Moreover, it is very possible that my life is probably in better shape than many people here - and do you hear them crying for attention like you have? No. We mutually support each other, and while we don't always take the all of advice offered, we appreciate the advice and we do what we can, when we can to help others.

Along those lines, I suggest as a remedy for your life problems, whatever they are, is to go out and help others. Many people have found that by helping others, their problems don't seem so bad in comparison.

2) While we are willing to help someone in need when we can - someone who constantly seeks pity, instead of help, by crying about their situation, indeed saying they are going to die from some vague condition, just starts to loose credibility after a while.

3) You are young, you are employed (at least for now), and I suspect that you are probably much healthier physically than I have been for the last couple of decades. Instead of crying about how meaningless and pitiful your life is, get out there and give your life meaning. Make your life better. Revel in life - however much you have left.

If you do that, and you die tomorrow, you will have lived a much better life than if you just sat back and cried for pity all the time.

But you know? I really suspect you will outlive me. However, whether your longer life will be better in quality than what I have remaining is up to you. So do something about it.
