messaging issues?

i have someone trying to message me but can't? do i have it blocked in some way? i am SO computer illiterate and yet i am from the tech age go figure! anyhow help maybe tell me if any of you can message me or something?

One of two things to check:

1)You may have that specific person on block or ignore, go to Quick links at the top of the page, got to user control panel and click the 'edit options' area, then go to the "buddy/ignore Lists" and see if the person is there

2)In user control panel, go to "edit options" and in the messaging area, make sure "Enable private messaging" is checked.

There is another option, that if private messaging is on, that if checked limits pm's to moderators and buddies of yours, if that is clicked, clear it.
