My index finger is about 1/2" shorter than my ring finger and I would say I am shorter than average down below at a fraction over 4" erect and let's just say well below flaccid.

So does that prove the theory, probably not but it could be who knows.

I have longer index finger than ring finger and I'm exactly 6" down below so fairly average. Wether or not the study is true im not sure. Im also 6'1" tall so I dont think there's a correlation with height and penis size either.
