I don't think that having a larger cock makes one more or less eager to use it than someone who is average or smaller endowed-but I do think that you hit the nail on the head that it makes people much more confident.

Eh-as a broad generalization, it's typically men who are most concerned about the cock size than the women. If a woman likes you enough to decide that she's going to fuck you, it's your personality/charm/confidence that has won her over-cock size is probably not going to be the dealbreaker.

I've been with really confident guys with average or smallish dicks and the same with bigger ones, and I've known much less confident guys who obviously had something bigger down there or I knew from friends etc. (I've been with a few less than confident guys with average or larger too, but not many, I like confidence as much as the next person).
