Foreplay or disinterest?

this past sunday my SO spent the day at a friends house watchign football. when he came home he wanted right away to get down to some hanky panky and got mad when i wasn't willing. is it my fault that i didn't feel like just jumping into bed? what happened to a little bit of romance, some foreplay? can anyone tell me how spending a day with the guys and then coming home and wanting to fuck translates to my SO wanting me? i just don't see it. i mean if he really wanted me or wanted to spend time with me why was he gone all day until he just wanted a little piece of ass? isn't that all he wanted anyway? he sure as heck had no interest in me the whole damn day.
