I'm not yet 40 but if its any help, a lot depends on how horny I am within myself. My own refractory period can range from just a few short minutes to slightly longer. It us possible to sustain erection during this period.

I'm a bit over 40, and find that it varies -- sometimes I can have a second orgasm within a few minutes of the first, and sometimes a good deal longer. It really depends on my mental state of arousal more than anything else.

all depends on the situation... if its the same 'ol same 'ol about a week.... but if spomething fun is happening rather quick maybe 15 20 minutes

Sorry... That's what I get for trying to be all high brow about it . I was referring to "Refractory period (sexology), the recovery phase after orgasm during which it is physiologically impossible for an individual to have additional orgasms." Or in other words, how soon before you get hard again?

I knew that was the topic but I wanted to be a pain.........20-30 for me, but no need to rush the afterglow if she had several orgasms prior to mine.

If men are honest probably a man in his 40's if he is in good health would say 15 to 20 min if he's going to come twice at all.
