Members that vanish

i just was thinking abit about people that i havent seen post recently ... siren and rambling man spring to mind im sure theres others ... is this normal for members to vanish for periods of time ... should i expect them back does anyone have news on them or other vanished members ?

It's normal. You'll even do it, eventually. You'll find something else to fill your normal lit time for a while, then you'll come back and exclaim at how different it is.

DCL vanished for quite a while... and he... (DAMMIT!!!)... came back... *lol*

And some have left probably never to return... for various reasons...

I think, more often then not, that people need a break every now and then - but most do seem to eventually come back - even if in a more limited fashion.

I took a break, not sure I'd return. "Familiarity breeds contempt", and that was happening both ways. I needed to pull the plug and not worry about ever plugging it back in.

Lots of people have faded away without planning it. It just happens. Life intrudes.
