What time of day is your "me" time. I think I'm going to start doing this for myself every day. A designated hour and a half where I don't get online to talk to others, don't watch TV, don't do anything except things I need and want to do.

Like maybe slowly doing dishes or cleaning up a bit here and there while thinking to myself - letting things go.

I'm not a morning person, but the idea of waking up early, starting a pot of coffee and doing some of the more menial tasks before the rest of the world wakes up is sounding appealing. I'm not sure the waking up part will be appealing to my body that absolutely loves staying under the covers with head on a nice plush pillow, but overall it might be a good thing.

When do you take your "me" time? Are you an early riser? Or do you stay up a bit later than others to get some quality "me" time in?

I think I'm most interested in those who do these sort of things in the morning - because I know I can't do this stuff at night. It just doesn't fit my personality.

Hello, I am an early riser. (some pun intended) I do get an early start. Just slowly now mind you. I drink very strong coffee, brewed. Go out get the dogs up and out. Then just kinda mill about. It is a very good time of day and you wont be dissapointed once you get in the habbit, oh and no matter what time I get in from the previous day I still try to get up at the same time, it just works for me.

My 'me time' usually comes in the morning, after everyone has left the house for the day. I have my coffee in peace and quiet, take the dog out, and do a few things around the house. May day seems to go much better when I have this time and I'm not rushing to get things done.

I think taking 'me time' is an excellent idea for everyone.

Me time Crack.

I started taking "Me" time a couple of years ago. First I began thinking about the world, how it worked, and the meaning of it all. That took me on a whirl wind tour of all the religions of the world (took the better part of a year just to scrape the surface), then I studied quantum reality for six months until it made my head hurt. I still don't know if we live in three dimensions or ten, or 23. I am not sure it matters. Then I took some aspirin, and delved int the world of art and magik to find the answer. I finally arrived at the point of exhaustion on the brink of depression without an answer to anything.

Solution:
1. Stop taking me-time.
2. If you can enjoy yourself do.
3. What ever you do, do NOT think about it.

i tend to finish work earlier then others so thats usually my me time ... i've never thought much about it but maybe if it wasn't there i'd miss it

me time...

Very early in the morning-like 4 am, the kids are snoozin, the coffee tastes so good and its the best time for a writer with a day job to just hang and let it flow.

And then I might click to some erotic site and then go wake up the boss-with a little peck on the cheek and a big pecker that says "Good Morning honey-its going to be a great day...":p

I get up early and watch the sunrise through my kitchen window while I wait for the kettle to boil. I just seem more ready to take on my day when I've had a little peace & quiet to get organized and come to terms with it all.
