welcome picturetaker. how was everyone's new years? Did anyone find anyplace kewl around here that they wouldn't mind sharing?
I found a club (new to me) called "reef" in Adam's Morgan. It's a 3 floor bar that has enough atmosphere to just be a chill place to hang out. At the same time it seemed to have enough energy that it would make a good club too. (each floor has a different theme)
Second floor has about 10 saltwater fish takes with blacklights. It makes the tropical fish in the tanks glow. good stuff.
Did anyone do anything exceptionally crazy new years?

Well, given the fact that he's probably in his seventies and looks like he's in his 50s, he must be completely saturated in formaldehyde by now...
But the point is, not much of an exciting New Year except the usual television fare--surely someone else in Maryland has something more salacious to report?
