I don't like "Stolen valor" AT ALL, and if Maryland's governor lied about receiving such an honor, he needs to be called out.

I have even less tolerance of abuse of government power and military troops usurping civilian authority. This has no place in a free and democratic nation. "way down" does not equal what it should be, which is the same rate as my seaside upscale white and latino community. our cops spend time on traffic accidents and catching shoplifter rings. You should not say that 84 murders so far this year is a positive thing.There were none in my town this year or last year or the year before. That is because we are normal, civilized people. Your life should not be chronicled in a show like The Wire.
Also, one of the reasons that murders are down is that the population is falling, so there are fewer people to kill.
White liberals hold these people to the standard of "you didn't kill anyone today, good boy!"
