Melt recipe sounds awesome and I'm going to try it tonight!

Curried Tuna Melts

1 can 7 oz can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 English muffins, split and lightly buttered
4 slices Cheddar or American cheese

Combine tuna, celery, raisins and green onion in a small bowl
In a measuring cup, stir togethre mayo, lemon juice, surry and salt. Flol into tuna mixture
Toast muffins. Immeditaely spoon tuna mixture on muffins
Top each sandwich with a cheese slice.
Broil for 2-3 mins. or until cheese melts. Serve hot!

You would get along with my daughter then. She can sit there and eat box after box and I just want to gag.

To each their own I suppose.

I'll stick with the English muffins, they're my weakness.

I hope you like it. The rasins are a strange ingredient but it is really good in this...give it a try and let me know what you think about it.

Enjoy!

LOL well the boys are dragging me out for Thai so I am melt-less yet again...

But to-melt-row is another day!

(I appologize in advance for that joke)

Well let me know when you finally get a chance to try it.

I'm having oriental food tonight too!

Enjoy!

i love raisins but they're a royal pain in the ass...you know, checking each of them individually for legs.
