I made Thai Tuna Salad! Love this stuff!

Thai Tuna Salad

Ingredients:
2 (7-oz.) cans chunk tuna, drained
3 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons thinly sliced shallots or red onion
2 green onions thinly sliced crosswise
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped roasted, salted peanuts
1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro + cilantro for garnish

Directions:
Combine tuna, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, shallots, green onions, ginger, peanuts, pepper flakes and 2 tablespoons cilantro in a medium bowl. Toss gently to season tuna. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes or chill for up to 2 days. Served chilled or at room temperature with lettuce leaves, pita bread or flour tortillas. Yield: 4 servings.
 
Lunch will be brought in, today. I have no idea of what it will be. It's 2 1/2 hours away.

I'm having rip your mouth apart pizza. Lot's of spiced beef, jalapeños, green chillies and chilli flakes sprinkled over.
 
Chicken Salad

various lettuces, as Lollo Rosso,
Iceberg lettuce, endive and lettuce.

Some orange segments and 150 gr
grilled chicken breast into slices.

For the dressing,
6 teaspoons of grapeseed oil,
3 teaspoons raspberry vinegar,
A splash Lemonjuice & honey
Pepper & Salt

All salads wash and spin dry,
then with the dressing and the orange fillets
Mix and top with the chicken breast.

Serve with a warm baguette.

Gonna have some of that tuna salad tomorrow once the flavors are all meldy and stuff. Mmm. Meldy.

But the tuna salad is AWESOME!

All lives are yummy. I'm sure carrots have a spiritual being if not a nervous system. I value their completely involuntary sacrifice to my somewhat more comfortable Saturday afternoon.

At this point, the only way for me to satisfy my bloodlust is by eating anything with yeast. Each bite kills thousands of organisms, which is kinda cool. That'll have to do until the Russians invade.

Well, if we deal with life on bacterial level...I'm currently murdering and giving birth to trillions.

Tough to do that math on a macro level. So I'll just stick with being grateful for my options.

Movie night tonight, so there's sous-vide steak with black raspberry gastrique. Ulaven's an excellent cook.
