So I have a question to throw out.
First let's all admit that we have prejudices. Everyone prejudges. We look at people and make a snap decision on what we think that person is like. I know I do although I'd like to think I keep an open mind and am always willing to change my opinion as I get to know someone. But that being said, yeah I have some prejudices that perhaps are unfounded.
And that sounds like an interesting conversation to have. What prejudices do you have or had? And why do you feel that way? Has anyone ever changed your thoughts?
I will admit that I have a strong aversion to muscle guys. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy looking at them but I hesitate to engage with them. Maybe it's because I have yet to meet a man who is all into the gym and looking like that, who isn't vain and just a bit self-obsessed. Or maybe it's because I feel like a shlub standing next to him. It maybe it's just a knee jerk reaction based on high school days and the utter assclowns that were the jocks. I'm not sure if it's one of those reasons or maybe all of them. But yeah muscle-y guys make me step back a little.
So anyone else want to share their prejudices when it comes to relationships?
