...I'd like to read a few stories by male LIT authors written from the female perspective.

Know of any you recommend?

I have a few, but they're not lit stories, so they're probably not any help to ya

Writing From The Female POV

Every one of my Lit stories is written from the female (and submissive's) point of view.

I have had feedback asking "why" and the best answer I can come up with is that in a D/s or BDSM relationship (of which all of my stories to date are about), it is the submissive's pespective that I find the most interesting. And because the submissive is always has the ultimate and last-word control (stop-words and all) in the relationship with the Top/Master/Mistress.

Another reason is probably because (a) all of my submissive characters are women and (b) after watching way too many X-rated movies, the idea that the women are the stars and the men are mere appendages is imprinted on my brain.

mine is.

I'm writing a many page erotic epic that's written from the female's perspective. I guess it's more or less a female action hero that has a lot of sex :) If you want you can read it here: Invid Invasion

I tried my best to actually WRITE it from a female's POV and not just a male mindset in a female's body like many female POV lit stories. Hopefully it'll help you out.

sorry for the double post. IT was going insane slow so I hit it twice and now it won't let me delete the second one :( Sorry guys.

Most casual readers of erotica are women, so I think the female point of view is generally more successful for most of the stories. The majority of my stories are from the female protagonist's perspective.

In fact, all the e-mail feedback I've received so far has been from women (with the exception of the Casey and his Bat parody).

I have two similar stories about first-time, after-work, interracial adultry. "Nurse Made" is in third person and uses the woman's POV. "Nurse Nailed" recounts the same event but in first person from the man's POV.

Like most of the replies I've read, I can only cite my
own. So the "recommendation" is suspect.
Also, while the POV character is female, the stories are
in the third-person limited POV style.

I hope these help.

Some of my stories are but I'm not sure that the female viewpoint is wholly convincing.

Check my sig ;-)
It's third-person limited to the female submissive's POV.

Any special reason for asking?

I've written a few stories on LIT and I usually use some form of the female perspective. I like to have the points of view of all the protagonists. It makes the story more rounded in my mind.

The trick is to make it real. I would like to think a woman reading my stories could relate to the female's point of view. Don't know if I've accomplished that, but it's worth the try.

I wrote 2 chapters to one, but never completed the story.... but yeah, it's not terrible. "Live's Curveball" chapters 1 and 2 are female and in that perspective, but personally I'm more into writing 3rd person horror.... Like SILENT HILL! WOOOO!

I'll go in a corner and be quiet now...

Most of my stuff is written from the female perspective. I don't know why but it seems easier for me.

Hi

I try to inject a bit of female POV into some of my crudd, but never from a purely female POV, I couldn't do it I'm too butch:D

I do seriously ask the editor in chief for her take on a paragraph from a female angle and often listen and alter things to suit. (Trouble is she's a bit on the butch side as well, hehe!! and I'm in for a slap she's on the boards tonight) as I say though never a complete piece.

I may try it one day, but doubt it will ever be posted here.

I often write from the female perspective...oh, wait...*checks panties* I am a female. I guess I'm just no help whatsoever (as usual). So sorry.
