I tried to ask how to get more humour back in my life, but I was unsuccessful... How do you make people laugh. What kinds of jokes? How do you act?

Thanks, I'll have a read when I have more time, I read the first bits and saw sexual jokes preferred, I'm looking for more of a none sexual way, or sexist, but just general, doesn't have to be jokes but anything to do with how to make people laugh.
